Play MTG in real-time with this free strategy game

Magic: ManaStrike is a free fast-paced PvP battle strategy card mobile video game that lets you experience Magic: The Gathering in beautiful 3D fights. Developed by Netmarble, this game takes the universe of the first modern trading card game in history and presents in a compact yet compelling way. You don’t need to physically play your deck anymore, since Magic: ManaStrike brings to life all of your favorite Planeswalkers over the years. Fans may liken this to Magic: The Gathering Arena and say it’s the mobile version, but Magic: ManaStrike is the quick-thinking sibling of the family that takes after Clash Royale.

Use the power of your Mana

Magic: The Gathering, known merely as Magic or MTG, is a collectible card game created by Richard Garfield in 1993. It is considered the first trading card game and grew to great popularity, spawning various other media such as comics, spin-offs, and video games. The world of MTG features epic battles between wizards known as Planeswalkers, who can cast spells, use artifacts, and summon creatures. These beloved characters are brought into Magic: ManaStrike, with amazing 3D animations and models and unique abilities that can turn the tide of battle.

The core element of the 5 colors of Mana returns, as well, and plays a vital part in your strategies. ManaStrike battles happen in real-time, as you challenge other players all over the world in one-on-one matches. The gameplay controls are simple enough here; you just tap and drag cards and units to make your move. There are only a few cards always in play and your chosen Planeswalker is at the heart of it all.

There’s no more turn-based waiting like in MTG, however, as you have to keep moving to both defend your “base” and destroy the opponents. Nonetheless, one of Magic: ManaStrike’s failings is its exclusivity to PvP. That’s all you can do, as there’s no single-player campaign. Magic: ManaStrike is a strange MTG game with a Clash Royale skin but if you’re interested in that concept and wouldn’t mind playing against other people, then this is a nice recommendation.

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.

We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program. To continue promising you a malware-free catalog of programs and apps, our team has integrated a Report Software feature in every catalog page that loops your feedback back to us.
